One undated letter on Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office letterhead issues a notice to vacate the premises by Dec. 23 at 8 a.m. It is unclear when the letter was posted, or when the restaurant officially closed.
Several potential patrons drove into the restaurant’s parking lot Thursday afternoon, quickly exiting when they realized the location was no longer open.
The restaurant joins a steadily growing list of Frisch’s locations that have already shut down, most recently including the location at 16 Weller Drive in Tipp City.
Other shuttered locations include:

- 3110 Colonel Glenn Highway in Fairborn
- 8154 Old Troy Pike, Huber Heights
- 2861 Wilmington Pike, Kettering
- 1330 Columbus Ave., Lebanon
- 8181 Springboro Pike, Miami Twp.
- 3560 S. Dixie Highway, Middletown
- 1831 N. Bechtle Ave., Springfield
- 20 Troy Town Dr., Troy
- 38 W. Main St., Xenia
Officials at these three locations confirmed this week they are expected to stay open:
- 1255 Main St., Hamilton
- 2201 E Main St., Springfield
- 8545 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester Twp.
